Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using QCC Bookings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our platform, you are requesting a reservation for rooms or venues at QCC Training School-Tema. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

1.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept mobile money payments through MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵).

1.3 Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment is successfully processed. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking date are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will not be refunded

2.2 Cancellation by QCC

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure, facility unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

2.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original mobile money account used for payment.

3. Use of Facilities

3.1 Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all facility rules and regulations. QCC Training School-Tema reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these terms.

3.2 Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to facilities or equipment during their booking period. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacement of damaged property.

3.3 Capacity Limits

Room and venue capacity limits must be strictly observed for safety and comfort. Exceeding stated capacity may result in additional fees or booking cancellation.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for booking management and communication purposes.

5. Modifications to Service

QCC Training School-Tema reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, with or without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change.

6. Limitation of Liability

QCC Training School-Tema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or facilities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
